Park Description

Also known as the Garfield Boat Launch, this two-acre boat landing—technically owned by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources—sits at the southernmost tip of Rice’s Point. A nearby remnant of the Interstate Bridge (1889–1961) serves as a public fishing dock.
