Memorials
The Angel of Hope Memorial program is accepting requests. For more information on the Angel of Hope, click here. No other memorial requests are being accepted at this time.
For those with existing memorials in place throughout the park system, please ensure we have your current contact information on file by calling us at 218-730-4300 or emailing parks@duluthmn.gov

Per State Statute and our City Ordinance policy, it is illegal to bury remains within public and park property.
Parks Gifting Fund
As an alternative to memorial donations, contributions can be made to the Parks Gifting Fund to be used for projects across the City’s park system. Donations are recognized with a certificate (plaques are not issued). Donations are not designated to a specific park or item.
