Unmanned Aerial System Operations Policy

The Duluth Police Department is asking for your input on the updated Unmanned Aerial System Operations Policy. The expansion of the UAS policy discusses the importance of utilizing this new technology to search potentially dangerous areas without putting human or K9's lives at risk.

To provide your input on this updated policy, you are encouraged to submit your feedback either by mail (Attn: Lt. Steve Ring, 2030 N Arlington Ave) or electronically through email at police@duluthmn.gov. The Citizen Review Board will also be hosting and moderating a public input meeting on Wednesday, October 26 at 5:30 p.m. location to be determined.
