The City Clerk’s Office Internship Program offers students and recent graduates an opportunity to work in an active and innovative municipal office. Interns work closely with the city clerk and assistant city clerk. Work varies depending on the interest of the intern and the needs of the office.
The Duluth City Clerk’s Office provides a number of services for the City of Duluth, including managing municipal elections, issuing certain licenses and permits, managing City Board and Commission appointments, and maintaining the City’s legislative records.
The Internship Program is a volunteer program. All internships are unpaid, with a $25/week stipend. Hours are flexible. To apply, please submit a cover letter and resume to Alyssa Denham at firstname.lastname@example.org.
