Medica Behavioral Health includes mental health and substance use disorder care. Medica Behavioral Health staff can help get you the right care when you need it, 24hr/day, and your call is confidential. If you need care soon, you can select Express Access Provider and find a provider who offers routine appointments within 5 business days.

Amwell is an online clinic where you can connect with a provider from your computer or mobile device for most behavioral health concerns.  Amwell’s team of experienced therapists and psychiatrists provide care and counselling for a variety of conditions. Always consult with your doctor if you suspect an abnormal mole/appearance on your skin. You can schedule an appointment with your provider’s dermatologist or contact Twin Ports Dermatology, an independent clinic located in Duluth.

If you are at risk for Type 2 diabetes, there are programs that can help. 

Omada is an innovative online health program that surrounds you with everything you need to lose weight and reduce your risk for certain chronic diseases. 

Diabetes Prevention Program is a lifestyle change course, designed to help you establish healthy habits that you can maintain for life. This program is technically in-person, though will be offered virtually.
