Whether you are looking lengthen, strengthen or stretch - we have some options for you:

YOGA - Join Marcia as she guides us through a variety of classes. Yoga will take place virtually, and this class is designed for all levels and open to all employees. Class will be accessible every Wednesday, at noon, via YouTube video so you are able to take it whenever it fits into your day! The class will be recorded and you will have a chance to access it at your convenience.
