1. Sign in or sign up for an ePlace account (instructions to create an account: https://duluthmn.gov/eplace/)
2. Follow the DHSC registration link: Register Here
3. "Type" page: no "Description" entry needed, select "Next" in the bottom right corner.
   
4. "Contacts" page: no additional contacts needed, select "Next" in the bottom right corner. (the automatic applicant name listed does NOT need to match the conference attendee name)
   
5. "More Info" page: fill in all required fields, select "Next" in the bottom right corner.
   
6. "Attachments" page: no attachments needed, select "Next" in the bottom right corner.
   
7. "Signature" page: type attendee name in fee consent box, click "Enable Type Signature" and type attendee name again, select "Next" in the bottom right corner.
   
8. "Review and Submit" page: review registration information, select "Submit".
9. An invoice for the conference registration fee will be sent to your email, follow the email instructions to pay the conference fee. (note: your registration will not be confirmed until the fee has been paid)
