2026 Street Preservation Project 2317- Lincoln Park and Spirit Valley- Weekly Updates

2026 Street Preservation Project-general comments on work schedule:

We will try to maintain mail and garbage service.
We will try to maintain access unless we are pouring your driveway, at which point we will knock on your door and work with you as we will need to allow about a week to pour your driveway and allow for curing before you can drive on it.
Milling and paving the street will be scheduled once a group of streets have the concrete work completed. The streets will be reposted “No Parking” for each of those operations again.

Week of June 1, 2026:

Lincoln Park:

Storm work will continue along with concrete removals (concrete curb and gutter and driveways) on the following streets:

• West 4th Street (20th Avenue West to 25th Avenue West)
• 20th Avenue West (3rd to 4th Street)

Schedule will be updated on the following streets as the project progresses:

• 34th Avenue West (Grand Avenue to Superior Street)
• Carlton Street (West Superior Street to Grand Avenue)
• 39th Avenue West (Michigan to Superior Street)
• West Superior Street (Carlton to Jenswold)
• Jenswold Street (West Superior Street to West Michigan Street)
• West Michigan Street (Jenswold Street to 39th Avenue West)
• 21st Avenue West (3rd Street to 6th Street)
• West 5th Street (TH53 to25th Avenue West)
• 22nd Avenue West (3rd to 8th Street)
• 23rd Avenue West (3rd to 5th Street)
• West 11th Street (TH53 to 22nd Avenue West)
• West 12th Street (TH 53 to dead end east)
• West 13th Street (TH 53 to dead end east)
• 22nd Avenue West (West 11th Street to W 10th Street
• West 3rd Street (13th Avenue West to 17th Avenue West)

Spirit Valley:

Schedule will be updated on the following street as the project progresses:

• Wadena Street (Mike Colalillo Drive to 54th Avenue West)
