New Bridge to Wellness Program Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What app do I download? Personify Health
  2. What program do I search for when I have downloaded the app? Bridge to Wellness
  3. What if I have waived coverage? If you have waived medical insurance through the City, you can still participate and earn up to $500 - you just need to "opt-in" to the program. Email ahohenstein@duluthmn.gov to let me know that you would like to opt-in to the Bridge to Wellness Program.
  4. How do I earn points? You can earn points in multiple ways. Sync an activity tracking device (i.e. Fitbit or Garmin, etc), complete daily cards, journeys, your annual physical, and so much more to help get you to your chosen goal.
