Housing Trust Fund
The City of Duluth and Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), with assistance from local partners, accept pre-applications for the Housing Trust Fund on a rolling basis. Funds will provide assistance for qualified housing infill and restoration projects. To learn more about programs available through the City and LISC, please review the chart and individual program outlines below. *Programs are intended for homebuilders, licensed contractors and developers; individuals and homeowners are only eligible for Infill ADU program.
