Manufactured (HUD) Homes
Manufactured homes, which are approved by HUD and are subject to federal regulation, differ in their installation and construction from other types of homes such as site-built and modular (IBC seal) homes.

If you are planning to install a manufactured home IN A MANUFACTURED HOME PARK, complete the Intake Checklist for Manufactured Homes in Parks AND the Manufactured (HUD) Home Installation Permit & Plan Review Application and submit to Construction Services along with the required plans and documents.
If you are planning to install a manufactured home OUTSIDE OF A PARK, use the Residential Intake Checklist (category at the top – Manufactured (HUD) Home (not in a park). Assemble the items needed along with the Manufactured (HUD) Home Installation Permit & Plan Review Application and submit to Construction Services.
