9/15/2022: A meeting was held to discuss the 1st Street alley project.  At the meeting, introductions were made to the team, and project details were discussed, including construction schedules, traffic control/access to avenues and alley segments, and construction impacts to trash removal and deliveries.  For contact information, please see the notification letter below:
