2025 Sales Tax Projects- Updates
2025 Street Preservation Project-general comments on work schedule:
We will try to maintain mail and garbage service.
We will try to maintain access unless we are pouring your driveway, at which point we will knock on your door and work with you as we will need to allow about a week to pour your driveway and allow for curing before you can drive on it.
Some streets need storm work and might have short-term closures.
Milling and paving the street will be scheduled once a group of streets have the concrete work completed. The streets will be reposted “No Parking” for each of those operations again.
Week of October 27, 2025:
Morgan Park:
Minor cleanup in the coming weeks.
- Clyde Ave
Irving:
Removals and storm work have been completed. Concrete work is expected to begin this week.
- 57th Ave. West
Lincoln Park:
Removals and storm work have been completed. Concrete work and milling are expected this week with paving scheduled for the week of November 2nd.
- 1st Street Alley
Piedmont Heights:
Concrete work will continue this week. Remaining paving and concrete work are expected to occur during the week of November 2nd.
