2025 Sales Tax Projects- Updates
2025 Street Preservation Project-general comments on work schedule:
We will try to maintain mail and garbage service.
We will try to maintain access unless we are pouring your driveway, at which point we will knock on your door and work with you as we will need to allow about a week to pour your driveway and allow for curing before you can drive on it.
Some streets need storm work and might have short-term closures.
Milling and paving the street will be scheduled once a group of streets have the concrete work completed. The streets will be reposted “No Parking” for each of those operations again.
Week of July 7, 2025:
Morgan Park:
These streets were posted “No Parking” the week of May 19th with saw cutting, removal of sidewalk, curb, and catch basins starting the week of May 26th. Removals will continue until Morgan Park streets are completed.
Concrete work is complete.
Restoration of boulevards will begin July 7th.
Milling and paving tentatively planned for the week of July 7th.

• Edward Street
Utility locates and removals marking has been done. Removals, concrete and storm work are planned for the week of July 21st. Milling and paving will be scheduled after that for:

Irving:
Sawcutting is completed. Removals and storm work have been delayed waiting for storm structures and rescheduled for the week of July 21st.
• 57th Ave. West
Lincoln Park:
Lincoln Park
Sawcutting is completed. Removals have been delayed waiting for storm structures and rescheduled for the week of July 28th.
• 1st Street Alley
Kenwood:
Sawcutting started week of May 26th, completed week of June 2nd. Removals tentatively scheduled week of July 7th.

• Plum Street
• High Street
• Triggs Avenue
• Baylis Street
Duluth Heights:
Concrete work continues week of July 7th.
Milling scheduled week of July 7th also.
