2025 Sales Tax Projects- Updates
2025 Street Preservation Project-general comments on work schedule:
We will try to maintain mail and garbage service.
We will try to maintain access unless we are pouring your driveway, at which point we will knock on your door and work with you as we will need to allow about a week to pour your driveway and allow for curing before you can drive on it.
Some streets need storm work and might have short-term closures.
Milling and paving the street will be scheduled once a group of streets have the concrete work completed. The streets will be reposted “No Parking” for each of those operations again.
Week of October 6, 2025:
Morgan Park:
Minor cleanup in the coming weeks.

• 86th Ave W
• Edward Street
Utility locates and removals marking has been done. Removals, concrete and storm work will be completed week of October 6th. Milling and paving will be scheduled after that for:
• Clyde Ave
Irving:
Sawcutting is completed. Removals and storm work have been delayed waiting for storm structures and rescheduled for the week of October 6th.
• 57th Ave. West
Lincoln Park:
Sawcutting is completed. Removals and storm work the week of September 29th, continuing the week of October 6th.
• 1st Street Alley
Kenwood:
Paving is completed and restoration continued week of September 29th.
• Cliff Avenue
• Plum Street
• High Street
• Triggs Avenue
• Baylis Street
Duluth Heights:
Road work completed and permanent striping and final cleanup happening now.
• Anderson Road
To be scheduled:
• Maple Grove Road – Paving completed. Concrete collars completed.
• Stanford Avenue-Lowering castings starting week of September 29th. Reclaim and paving starting week of October 6th.
• W Olive Street- Lowering castings starting week of September 29th. Reclaim and paving starting week of October 6th.
• Observation Road-Paving completed, final cleanup continues.
Piedmont Heights:
Concrete work, storm pipes and perforated pipes for drainage continuing the week of October 6th. Reclaim starting week of October 6th.
