6th Avenue E Reconditioning and LSLR

The reconditioning work includes asphalt overlay of 6th Avenue East and Central Entrance in Duluth, bituminous overlay, and concrete walks, curb and gutter, and ADA pedestrian ramps. The project utility work includes water main and services, and storm sewer.
