4th Street Reconstruction- Mesaba Avenue to 6th Avenue East

 

The City of Duluth will be reconstructing 4th Street between Mesaba Avenue and 6th Avenue East.  This reconstruction project will include a full reconstruction of the street, sidewalks, and utilities.  Construction is scheduled to begin in 2027 and be completed in 2028.  This project will be financed by the City of Duluth through federal funds, Minnesota State Aid funds, and City of Duluth Engineering Utility funds.
