Park Description
Located along the St. Louis River in West Duluth’s Irving neighborhood, Grassy Point was once home to lumber mills and coal docks. The restored wetlands now offers a boardwalk and canoe launch, providing opportunities for bird watching and fishing where Keene Creek empties into the river.
The Grassy Point Habitat Restoration project is managed by the MN Department of Natural Resources, more information found here.
