The City Attorney’s Office Summer Internship Program offers law students an opportunity to work in an active and innovative municipal law office. Interns work closely with assistant city attorneys in the Civil and Criminal Divisions and have the opportunity to represent the City in criminal court and to work on current municipal legal issues. Work varies depending on the interest of the intern and the needs of the office.
The summer internship program is a volunteer program. Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited law school and be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Application deadline for the 2020 summer: April 30, 2020
Please email a resume and cover letter explaining why you would like to participate in our internship program to Assistant City Attorney Marcus Jones at firstname.lastname@example.org
