Talent Development Program
The Talent Development Program (TDP) offers direct financial assistance to train incumbent workers and improve economic competitiveness of regional businesses. TDP provides matching grants to support direct training costs for current employees. More information is available here.
Youth and Older Worker Employment
Duluth Workforce Development works with employer partners to provide meaningful work experiences to youth and young adults, and for adults age 55+. Duluth Workforce Development has funding available to subsidize employment for eligible individuals to work in public and private organizations throughout Duluth.
