Administers the operation of the City of Duluth's public transit system.
Each of the 5 City Council Districts within the City of Duluth shall be represented at all times on the Authority, and the director representing such district shall be a resident thereof.
Statement of Purpose: To administer the operation of the City of Duluth's public transit system.
Membership Requirements: 9 members, 3-year terms. Each of the 5 council districts within the City of Duluth shall be represented at all times on the Authority, and the director representing such district shall be a resident thereof.
