Serve on the Duluth Charter Commission
The Charter Commission is seeking applicants.
Please fill out the application linked below and submit to Mark Hoyne, District Administrative Manager, via email: Mark.Hoyne@courts.state.mn.us. Members are appointed by the Chief Judge of the Sixth Judicial District and generally serve four year terms. An applicant must be a qualified voter of the City of Duluth to be eligible to serve. Application Deadline: December 19th, 2025 at 4:30 p.m.
