Human Rights Office

Acting as the City of Duluth's Equal Opportunity Representative, the office of Human Rights will:

• Accept and investigate complaints of discrimination/harassment in the City of Duluth work place.
• Implement Affirmative Action policies for the City of Duluth to increase the diversity of the city's work force.
• Insure compliance with requirements of ADA for improving employment opportunities for persons with disabilities within the city work force.
• Serve as designated Equal Opportunity Officer for Workforce Investment Act providers in the City of Duluth.
