Upcoming Public Hearings
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as the Council's Agenda will permit, the Duluth City Council will hold public hearings to consider adoption of the assessment of the following projects:
Sanitary Sewer Extension for Westwood Lane - Engineering Contract 1902, Finance Contract 2026001
At the hearing, all interested persons will be permitted to present testimony in oral and written form. Persons wishing to present written testimony may also submit such testimony in writing in advance by filing it with the City Clerk with the request that it be included in the record of the hearing.
After the hearings, the Council will determine whether or not to approve the assessment roll for each of the projects.
