Temporary turn lane and trail closure on portion of College Street beginning October 5, 2026

 

[DULUTH, MN] Utility contractor work will necessitate the temporary closure of the eastbound turn lane on College Street to Junction Avenue on Monday, October 5. 2026. The section of the Campus Connector Trail between Junction Avenue and Brainerd Avenue will also be closed. Those regularly utilizing this route should expect to experience delays.

 

Pedestrians can detour to the opposite side of College Street in the affected area. Detours will be signed and posted. The closure is expected to last two days.
