Duluth Police Participates in the Pink Patch Project For the Sixth Year

Since joining the Pink Patch Project campaign in 2021, the Duluth Police Department has raised a total of $7,765. This year will be the Duluth Police Department’s sixth year participating in this public awareness campaign where 100% of the proceeds go towards the American Cancer Society to continue their mission in treating all cancers.

“Throughout the month of October, members of the Duluth Police Department will be seen wearing either the commemorative pink patches, pink bracelets, or shirts to show our support to those affected by cancer,” said Chief Mike Ceynowa. “Everyone knows someone who’s been affected by cancer, and this is one way we can continue our support to members of our community who’ve been affected by this devastating disease.”
