E Skyline Parkway closed between Chester Parkway and W Kent Road on August 30

 

[Duluth, MN] The City of Duluth will temporarily close a portion of E Skyline Parkway between Chester Parkway and W Kent Road from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday, August 30 to trim overgrown vegetation and remove ash trees along the road right-of-way. The entrance to Chester Bowl will be affected by the closure and access to the park will be intermittent. The tree removal and vegetation trimming will mitigate Emerald Ash Borer damage and improve safety for pedestrian, bicyclist, and vehicular travel along Skyline Parkway.
