A Portion of West 1st Street to close temporarily for Electrical Work on May 19 

[Duluth, MN] On Tuesday, May 19, a portion of West 1st Street will be closed in front of the Centurylink Building from the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A contractor will use a crane to remove and replace an underground transformer feeding power to the area. The east half of the block will have two-way traffic to allow access to the buildings. Lane markings will be delineated as appropriate

In addition to this portion of the street is closed, the sidewalk in front of Centurylink will also be closed. The sidewalk on the opposite side of the street will remain open.
