[DULUTH, MN] CHUM’s annual Rhubarb Festival will take place Saturday, June 29, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on London Road. 

London Road, between 10th Ave. E. and 12th Ave. E., will close to traffic from 6:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, to accommodate the Festival and provide for set-up and teardown of the event.  Routine traffic can use Superior St. and 12th Ave. E. to bypass the road closure. 

Event parking only will be allowed inside barricaded areas on the upper and lower sides of the 1000 block of London Rd.  Event attendees wanting to park in this area must enter the event parking area at 10th Ave. E. and Superior St.

Motorists in the area may encounter increased pedestrian traffic and are asked to follow the direction of Officers and signs at the event.
