INCIDENT LOCATION: 2700 block of Jean Duluth Road Duluth

 

On Thursday, September 3rd, 2015 at 7:45 p.m. Duluth Police responded to the 2700 block of Jean Duluth Road on a report of a burglary in progress.  Officers arrived at the scene and located a 33 year old male who was identified as Isaac Xylon Decoux inside the residence.  Decoux was arrested and taken to the St. Louis County Jail on two counts 2nd Degree Burglary Charges.  Decoux was criminally charged in St. Louis County District Court.
