Property Services Office
The Property Services Office provides a broad array of real estate services across the City organization and to the public in general. This office manages nearly all transactional elements related to City property, including: access permitting, leasing, development (of property and facilities), user group agreements, sales and purchases. In addition, this office is responsible for coordination and support of property projects and initiatives across various departments and divisions throughout the City, as well as working in partnership with contractors, community user groups and non-profits. This office is staffed by the Property Services Supervisor and a Property Services Specialist.
