Proclamation Requests

The Office of Mayor will issue proclamations for extraordinary events that deserve special recognition from the Mayor. Proclamations will be issued for events or activities that affect a broad group of Duluthians and are at the Mayor's discretion.

Requesters must reside within the City of Duluth. Please use the following form to submit your proclamation request 30 days in advance of your event.
