Proclamation Requests
The Office of Mayor will issue proclamations for extraordinary events that deserve special recognition from the Mayor. Proclamations will be issued for events or activities that affect a broad group of Duluthians and are at the Mayor's discretion.
Requesters must have a local address. Please use the following form to submit your proclamation request 30 days in advance of your event.
