NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 6:00 PM, or soon thereafter as the Council's Agenda will permit, the Duluth City Council will hold public hearings to consider adoption of the assessment of the following projects:

2022 Sidewalk Assessments – Engineering Contract 2005, Finance Contract 2025002

211 Ridgewood Rd                     $6,706.26

6025 London Rd                        $2,005.53

5409 Avondale St                         $629.14

201 Garden St                           $1,563.75

1832 E 10th St                          $1,384.10

1828 E 10th St                             $500.84

4626 W 7th St                           $4,060.94

Contract 2025002 – assessable amount $20,049.09

At the hearings, all interested persons will be permitted to present testimony in oral and written form. Persons wishing to present written testimony may also submit such testimony in writing in advance by filing it with the City Clerk with the request that it be included in the record of the hearing.

After the hearings, the Council will determine whether or not to approve the assessment roll for each of the projects.
