Upcoming Public Hearings
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, October 13, at 2:00 PM, or soon thereafter as the Board's agenda will permit, the Special Assessment Board will hold a public hearing in Room 330 on the Third floor of City Hall to consider the ordering in of the following project:
Sanitary Sewer Installation on Roslyn Ave (City Project No. 1611)
At the hearing, all interested persons will be permitted to present testimony in oral and written form. Persons wishing to present written testimony may also submit such testimony in writing in advance by filing it with the City Engineer's Office with the request that it be included in the record of the hearing.
After the hearing, the Council will determine whether or not to recommend to the City Council that the improvement project be ordered in at their meeting on Monday, October, 26th, 2026 at 6:00PM in City Council Chambers.
