Duluth City Hall will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. All residents will need to enter the building through the main doors off of Priley Circle. As a reminder, face coverings are now optional in City Hall and all other City facilities.

The City of Duluth remains committed to providing the community with the services they expect and need. Please continue to follow health and safety guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Minnesota Department of Health.
