Comfort Systems
Water, sewer, and natural gas utilities won’t be turned off for customers unable to pay their utility bills during the COVID-19 pandemic. The City of Duluth will halt all utility disconnections during the winter months through at least the April 15 warm weather date.
Duluth Public Library
Online services are the safest and most convenient way to access the library. You can find more information on our website at www.duluthlibrary.org.
Duluth Police Department
Largely, our community can continue to expect the same response from Duluth Police Officers when dialing 911. However, to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, we’ve had to adjust our staffing to ensure we’re there to respond to crimes in progress, violent crimes, sex crimes, and crimes against children. You can help us by reporting online certain non-violent crimes that have already occurred and for which there is no active lead. See a list of crimes by following the steps online. If the crime you’d like to report does not fall in one of those categories, please dial 911.
Parks and Recreation
Parks and Recreation Center facilities information can be found here.
Public Works and Utilities

COVID-19 Centralized Community Resources
Our community is incredibly important to all of us. That’s why City of Duluth and St. Louis County officials, along with community organizations and leaders, teamed together to provide a centralized place for residents to access and collectively share resources related to COVID-19 to help our community thrive.
We are working diligently to connect our visitors and residents with the most up to date information and community resources available to you during the coronavirus epidemic. If you have changes or suggestions on additional resources to add, please email them to prod@stlouiscounty.gov.
Most importantly, please take care of yourselves and one another!
