SUBJECT: Bayfront Skating Closed Tonight

Bayfront Park skating rink closed tonight due to frigid weather conditions.

Duluth Parks and Recreation’s Bayfront Park outdoor skating rink will be closed tonight due to the extreme cold weather conditions. The combination of the cold temperatures and wind chill forecasted for tonight will be too hazardous for children to be outdoors.

The Bayfront Park skating rink will reopen Friday if the temperatures and wind chill factor are more favorable for this outdoor activity.
