New Year's Eve Celebration and Fireworks
As the largest holiday light show in the Midwest, Bentleyville Tour of Lights is excited to announce that it will be re-opening after Christmas for one night only on Friday, December 31, 2010. This special night will allow for families to celebrate the New Year from 5:00 - 10:00 PM at Bayfront Park. Additional activities for children are being planned and as always, admission will be
In conjunction with this celebration, Bentleyville Tour of Lights will also be holding its first New Years Eve fundraising event at the Great Lakes Aquarium with proceeds to benefit Bentleyville. The event will begin at 7:00 PM and end at 12:01 PM. The evening will include a cocktail social hour (cash bar), a Southwestern Taco Bar catered by Bellisio's, silent auction, raffles, entertainment and dancing. Tickets may be purchased via the Bentleyville website, by calling 218-740-3535 or at the Bentleyville General Store. Cost: $40/person or $75/couple.
Highlighting the New Year's Eve Celebration will be fireworks which will begin at 10:00 PM.
Bentleyville Tour of Lights is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization. The community mission of this event is to raise non-perishable food items and new unwrapped toys for families in need. Bentleyville Tour of Lights is an official drop off site for the Salvation Army.
