At approximately 11:15 a.m., Monday, October 26, Duluth Police responded to a report of a single vehicle roll over crash in the 1700 block of East 8th Street. 22-year-old Isabelle Dornquast was the sole occupant of the vehicle and she was uninjured. Initial information shows she hit a parked vehicle, which caused her vehicle to roll. Through further investigation of the incident, Dornquast was under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested for pending charges of DWI and Inattentive Driving.
