Execution of Arrest and Search Warrants
On Wednesday, October 21, the Duluth Police Department executed an arrest warrant and search warrant in the 9500 block of Grand Avenue related to a domestic incident that occurred on Sunday, October 18. During the execution of the search warrant, 50-year-old James Makinen was arrested for pending charges of Felony Domestic Assault. The investigation into this case is active and ongoing.
