LSVOTF Arrest Male with Extensive History of Drug Convictions
On Sunday, August 9, 33-year-old Cody Husemoller was arrested by the Hermantown Police Department for 1st Degree Sale of Fentanyl. Yesterday, Monday, August 10, the Lake Superior Violent Offenders Task Force executed a search warrant at his residence in the 300 block of North 61st Avenue West. During the execution of the search warrant, investigators seized 1,282 grams of cocaine, 40.3 grams of fentanyl, 355 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 70 doses of LSD, $4,585 in proceeds of drug sales, a hydraulic drug press, and other evidence related to drug sales. Husemoller has an extensive history of drug convictions which include 1st Degree Sale of Heroin in 2019, 5th Degree Possession in 2019, 5th Degree Possession in 2018, 5th Degree Possession in 2016, and 1st Degree Sale of Heroin in 2014. Charges from this incident are forthcoming.
