City of Duluth Street Maintenance crews to perform restorative mastic work on S Lake Avenue next week

 

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth will begin mastic and crack-sealing work on S Lake Avenue heading toward Park Point on Monday, June 29, 2026. This work will be performed as weather permits. No Parking signs will be posted in the affected areas to allow crews to access the entire road section as they work. Noncompliance with No Parking signs may result in vehicles being ticketed and/or towed.

Mastic and crack-sealing work dramatically extends the life of the road surface and is critical restoration and preservation work for our streets. The City’s Street Maintenance team thanks residents and visitors in advance for allowing crews enough space to perform this important work.
