[DULUTH, MN] As part of Mayor Reinert’s 2026 Artists in Residence programming, Lyric Opera of the North (LOON) will perform on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at noon in the first floor rotunda of Duluth City Hall. The public is invited to this free, lunch hour performance, in which LOON artists will present selections from A Little Night Music, as well as other Sondheim favorites, featuring performers Bill Munson, Sarah Lawrence, Calland Metts, Anna Donnelley, Vicki Fingalson, Felix Agular Tomlinson, Lee Gregory, Caroline Kouma, Georgia Jacobson, Alex Ritchie, Jennifer Lien, and Trevor Lemon-Todd.

 

LOON was chosen as Mayor Reinert’s Artists in Residence for 2026 and was welcomed into City Hall on January 21 to begin a monthly performance series at City Hall and to display historical set pieces, promotional posters, and photographs in the Mayor’s Reception Room.
