Two Individuals Linked to 13 Vehicle Prowls in the Community
At approximately 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 6 Duluth Police responded to a report of a vehicle prowl where a computer, wallet, and checkbook were stolen. A Community Service Officer (CSO) was able to identify the suspected individuals and locate them in the area of North Central Avenue. Officers responded and while talking to one suspect, the other suspect fled the scene on foot. After a short foot pursuit, he was apprehended.
28-year-old Parker Swor was lodged at the St. Louis County Jail for pending charges of Computer Theft, Financial Card Fraud, Fleeing a Police Officer, and Theft from a Motor Vehicle, and 23-year-old Spencer Swor was arrested for pending charges of Felony Possession of Stolen Property.
Through investigation, Spencer Swor and Parker Swor were linked to 13 other vehicle prowls that occurred in our community. Amazing work by our CSO’s, Investigators, and Officers in working together to hold these individuals accountable!
