Individuals Arrested During Execution of Search Warrant

Today, Thursday, April 23, members of the Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force, DPD, and partner agencies executed a search warrant in the 200 block of West Arrowhead Road. 35-year-old Patrick Homstad was arrested for pending charges of 1st Degree Sale of Cocaine, Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of a Bullet-Resistant Vest. 30-year-old Ashley Ferguson was also arrested on a warrant and pending Child Endangerment charges.

During the execution of a search warrant at the residence and a vehicle, investigators located and seized a Glock26 with an extended magazine, $2560 in US Currency, four additional firearms, a large amount of ammunition, magazines, firearm accessories, and approximately 30 grams of cocaine. Good work to those involved in safely arresting a high-risk offender!
