Update to Thursday's Shooting Incident
At approximately 5:15 p.m., Thursday, April 16, Duluth Police responded to the 700 block of East 4th Street for a report of sounds of shots fired. Upon arrival, multiple shell casings were recovered from the scene. At this time, there are no victims that have come forward and no arrests have been made. Based on the information currently available, we believe the individuals involved were targeting each other. DPD’s Investigations Unit is actively following leads and will continue to do so as the investigation progresses. We will keep you informed as more information becomes available.
