City of Duluth launches City of Duluth mobile application
[DULUTH, MN] The City of Duluth announced the launch of its new City of Duluth mobile application during Mayor Roger Reinert’s recent State of the City event. The app is designed to make it easier for residents, businesses, and visitors to connect with city services, stay informed, and engage with their community.
The City of Duluth Mobile App serves as a one-stop digital hub, offering convenient access to essential city resources right from users’ smartphones. With a user-friendly interface and real-time updates, the app reflects the city’s commitment to accessibility, efficiency, and innovation.
“The City of Duluth (COD) has been behind the curve in not having a mobile app. Our neighbors in Superior launched theirs in 2023, and it has been a priority of mine since taking office. The COD app allows our residents quick, reliable access to the core services they rely on every day,” said Mayor Roger Reinert. “It also gives the City tools to be more efficient and responsive to better meet the needs of the community. Kudos to the city employees who have worked hard over many months to make this happen. It represents continued investment in digital tools that improve the quality of life and the civic engagement of our residents.”
Key Features of the App Include:
- Service Requests: Residents can quickly report issues such as potholes, snow removal concerns, or damaged infrastructure.
- Real-Time Alerts: Receive notifications about emergencies, road closures, and city announcements.
- Bill Pay and Services: Convenient access to pay utility bills and access other city services.
- Permit and Licensing Applications: Easily apply for and manage permits and licenses.
- Employment Opportunities: Search and apply for open employment positions with the City of Duluth.
The app is available for free download on both iOS and Android devices.
