City of Duluth to perform snow removal operations in downtown business district tomorrow and Friday

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] City of Duluth street maintenance crews will be removing snow from the right-of-way in the downtown business district on Thursday, February 26 and Friday, February 27, 2026. Snow removal operations will generally occur from 7:00 AM until 3:30 PM on the noted days, and parking will not be allowed in those areas during those times.

Snow is being removed in the affected areas to improve sightlines and public safety. Should there be a snow event during the week, the snow removal operations will be rescheduled at a later date.

No parking signs will be posted in the area ahead of the snow removal. Any vehicle parked in the area where snow removal is taking place will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Pedestrians are asked to keep their distance from the operations to ensure safety of both the public and workers.
