Duluth City Council to hold study session on Thursday, February 12, 2026

 

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] The Duluth City Council will hold a study session on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm in City Council Chambers, room 300, on the third floor of Duluth City Hall. The purpose of the study session is for city councilors to receive a report from MIG, the consultant authorized by city council via resolution 25-0512R, passed at their June 16, 2025 council session, to assess the city’s skywalk system.

 

The study session is expected to last two hours.
