City of Duluth to operate with reduced staffing tomorrow, January 23, due to extreme cold temperatures

 

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] Due to extreme cold temperatures, City of Duluth offices will operate with reduced staffing tomorrow, January 23, 2026. While facilities will remain open to the public, staffing will be limited. Members of the public are advised to call ahead to ensure the office or department they are visiting will be staffed before visiting in person.
