Structure fire on 200 block of N 11th Avenue E

 

 

[DULUTH, MN] Duluth Fire Department responded at 10:41 AM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 to a report of a structure fire on the 200 block of N 11th Avenue E after a neighbor observed smoke coming from the roofline of the structure and called 911. Duluth Fire responded to find a fire in a two-story abandoned residential structure. Crews from Downtown, UMD, Lincoln Park, Woodland, and Lakeside worked to knock down the fire.

 

No injuries were reported in the incident. Damage estimates are unavailable at this time. The cause of the fire is unknown and the incident is under investigation by the Duluth Fire Marshal.

 

Duluth Fire Department thanks its partners at St. Louis County Emergency Services/911 dispatch, Duluth Police Department, Duluth Public Works and Utilities, and Minnesota Power for their assistance in the response.
