INCIDENT LOCATION: 901 W 4th St

[DULUTH, MN] At 5:41 PM on Monday, December 30, 2024, Duluth Fire was called to 901 W Fourth Street to a possible structure fire. Crews arrived to find flames through the second story roof of a multi-story single family residential structure. Crews from Headquarters, Lincoln Park, Spirit Valley worked to knock down the fire within minutes of arrival, which burned  from the second story ceiling  into the attic.

 

The residence was under renovation at the time of the fire. No residents were displaced as a result of the fire. There were no injuries reported. Damage is estimated at $50K. The cause of the structure fire is under investigation by the Duluth Fire Marshal’s office.
